    Troubleshooting

Fixes for the issues traders run into most, plus answers to common account questions. Connection problems come first: login and password errors, RDP license messages, Windows password expiry, keeping a Remote Desktop session alive and choosing monitors. The NinjaTrader 8 articles cover lagging or frozen charts, market data issues, repairs and workspaces, and another guide helps prevent MT4 and MT5 crashes during backtesting. You will also find how to restart your server, change its time zone, back it up, secure RDP with a custom port and MFA, and manage payment details or cancellation from the user portal.
