2. Trading Risk Disclosure
The following disclosures apply to futures, forex, stocks, crypto, and options markets, or any other financial instruments you choose to trade via AlgoVPS services:
High Risk of Loss
Trading in these markets involves substantial risk. You can lose part or all of your original investment—and possibly more than your initial stake. Trade only with risk capital you can afford to lose.
Not Suitable for Everyone
Futures, forex, stocks, and options are not appropriate for all investors. Before engaging in these markets, evaluate your financial situation, objectives, and experience level. Seek professional advice if needed.
Leverage Amplifies Gains and Losses
Many of these instruments, especially forex and futures, offer high leverage, which can magnify potential gains but also drastically increase losses. We recommend using conservative leverage levels and closely monitoring all positions.
Market Volatility and Protective Orders
Price movements can be sudden and extreme. Consider implementing protective measures such as stop-loss or take-profit orders to mitigate risk during unforeseen market events or connectivity disruptions.
Past Performance Not Predictive
Past success in these markets is not a reliable indicator of future results. No methodology or system can guarantee profits or avoid losses in volatile markets.
3. Hypothetical Performance (CFTC Rule 4.41)
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations:
- They do not represent actual trading, and trades may never have been executed in real markets.
- They may over- or under-estimate outcomes due to factors like market liquidity and slippage.
- No guarantee is made that any account will achieve the hypothetical results presented.
4. No Investment Advice
AlgoVPS is a technology provider, not a registered investment adviser, broker, or dealer. Any information or tools we offer are for general informational and educational purposes. All trading decisions are your sole responsibility. If you require personalized advice, consult a qualified financial professional.
By using AlgoVPS services and software, you acknowledge the inherent risks of trading futures, forex, stocks, crypto, options, and all other financial instruments. You understand and agree that AlgoVPS is not responsible for any financial losses, regardless of the cause or circumstances.
