Hardware/Software Failures & Data Loss

Technology can fail at any time. AlgoVPS is not responsible for any financial losses—including but not limited to losses stemming from hardware or software failures, server crashes, power outages, or software glitches. We strongly encourage you to maintain offsite backups, unless you subscribe to our backup services.
